During this ALA Reach Spark! Session, we delve into the power of resilience and the importance of fostering a culture of success at Wynne High School. This session took place on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Dusty Meek, principal, Holly Campbell, instructional facilitator, and the leadership team from Wynne High School to shared their leadership story, strategies, and insights on overcoming challenges.

The community of Wynne, AR, was destroyed by a tornado, and their school was in ruins. They shared how they shifted their emphasis to recovery in order to not only finish the school year, but also create a plan for the current year while continuing to be successful.
